Important! A return note is enclosed, please fill it in with the respective items of the package. The return note attached to the package and the post office given. We take care of the shipping costs for returns within Germany.

We always strive to ensure that a repair order is processed quickly.

2. You can have defective items that are no longer under warranty or that have been damaged by misuse repaired by us, if possible at low cost.

In order to clarify the procedure in advance, we need a brief information, possibly accompanied by a photo and an exact description of the error, by e-mail to support@touratech.de, alternatively by telephone to +49 (0) 7728 9279-1222.

Damage in transit

In case of transport damage, a distinction must be made between:1. is the packaging damaged? If in doubt, refuse to accept the package!
If the package has nevertheless been accepted, the damage must be claimed from the carrier, who must confirm it in writing. Take a picture of the package for the procedure and keep it.2 Is only the item in the package damaged? This is how you complain to our technical support:
